Michael Casey joined Donahue & Associates, LLC in 2004, after graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Casey has over a decade of civil litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and the defense of municipalities and public transit authorities. His practice includes litigation involving construction defects, and the defense of contractors and subcontractors in lawsuits involving professional liability.
While in law school, Mr. Casey was a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board, the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court team, and a recipient of the Judge Walter P. Gewin Best Brief Award.
