Tim has a diverse practice that allows him to try many types of cases. He has represented clients in a variety of disputes including insurance defense, municipal liability, bad faith, product liability, construction, personal injury, employment discrimination and workers’ compensation. Tim joined the firm in 2011 after graduating from the University of Alabama, magna cum laude, and the University Of Alabama School Of Law. Tim also studied abroad at the University of Oxford in England and the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
Tim is a member of Birmingham Bar’s Young Lawyers Executive Committee and the Chairperson of Legal Leaders of Birmingham which raises money for research on muscular dystrophy.
